Arizona Pain Treatment Center/Pain-MDs 7/08 – Present • Perform interventional spine procedures including LESIs, CESIs, Facet injections, MBBs, RFNs, SI joint injections. • Mentorship with a Board Certified Pain Management physician to learn procedures including vertebroplasties, SCS trials, and Percutaneous Disc Decompression. • Perform 10-15 EMG/NCS per week • Manage chronic pain • General musculoskeletal medicine including peripheral joint injections, occipital nerve blocks, and TPIs Loma Linda University Medical Center, Residency Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation: • 15 months of in-patient rehabilitation including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, and post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation.
